Playing

You may play these games for personal entertainment, free of charge. There are no real-money purchases or cash prizes in this web release. Earned coins, stars and cosmetic items are game features with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are saved locally. Minors should use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission where required.

Your saves

Progress is stored on your device and is not backed up to our servers. Browser data removal, changing devices, private browsing or updates can affect saves. Do not rely on game progress as a financial asset.

Fair use and security

Do not attack the site, bypass security controls, disrupt other people’s access, impersonate the publisher or distribute malicious copies. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law gives you, including permitted research or accessibility use. Report security issues privately using the contact page.

Ownership and gameplay videos

The WayGames brand, original game artwork and code belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party components keep their own licenses. You may share screenshots and gameplay recordings, including monetized gameplay videos, with honest attribution to WayGames. This does not grant ownership of the brand or permission to resell the games, imply sponsorship or use third-party assets beyond their licenses.

We aim to keep the games working, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. We may fix, update or retire features. Any limits on liability apply only as far as your local law allows. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or waive your statutory consumer rights.
